Motor Slides
Product Code :Motor slides are used for tensioning of motion transmitting elements such as belts and chains of electric motors, gearmotors and transmissions used in machinery and other manufacturing fields.
Motor slides, which are manufactured as standards according to engine power and speed, are selected as to their usage areas and mounted with bolts instead. Therefore, precise centering is ensured. The tensioning system is fixed after the motor is mounted on the slides with bolts, and elements such as belts and chains at the desired rate are tensioned by pulling the motor via the nut-bolt mechanism in the tensioning system.
The aim here is to tension the part precisely axially and to mount a mechanism to the machine practically at the places of use. Among these advantages, the manufacturer or the person who will use the mechanism will not only have used a mechanism that complies with the standards, but also will minimize the situations such as time and labor.
We produce 2 different types of engine tension rails. For use in balanced or high moment of inertia systems, thick type motor tensions; thin type motor tension rails for lighter power transmission and unbalanced systems are recommended by our company.
